Field Restrictions

• Turfs Only, NO METAL SPIKES
• NO GUM, NO SEEDS TURF FIELD

Pitchers need to wear turfs or molded shoes on the pitching mound.  Everyone else can wear metal.

FIELD RESTRICTIONS

NO METAL SPIKES: Turf Shoes or Molded Cleats Only

NO GLASS CONTAINERS: On The Field or In The Dugouts

NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS: On The Field or In The Dugouts

WEIGHTED BALLS & J-BANDS: Used Only In Designated Areas (Weighted Balls into concrete dugout or grandstand - J Bands clipped to metal eyebolts)

No metal spikes, seeds, or gum allowed on the turf.

• NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS
• NO CHEWING GUM
