Teams on Sunday morning will not be able to use the cages before the 9am game - agreement with the neighbors.

TURF FIELD:

• No metal spikes allowed on the field. There is a turf cover on the mound so no metal spikes permitted at all.
• Lights must be off by 10 pm
• No music permitted before 10 am
• No sunflower seeds permitted
• Bathrooms located at the Dolan field house adjacent to field

All event parking must be in the gravel parking lot next to left field. No parking is allowed in the storage unit spaces.

PARKING:

 There is an upper parking lot (A) which is next to our Middle School (there are two big water towers there).  We know that our lot is too small for the volume, especially during tournaments, however it would be ideal if some people park in the upper lot. The middle school address is 88 Hayden Rowe street.  Once the park, there is an access road to the right of the parking lot that leads down to the turf field (softball diamond).  This access road will go past a baseball field and the track on the left.

1) Water is the only beverage allowed on the Field Turf.

2) Metal spikes of any kind are NOT permitted in the facility.

3) No food of any kind allowed on turf. No SEEDS. No NUTS. No GUM. Etc.

4) No alcohol or tobacco products allowed on any school property including

parking lots.

5) No dogs or other pets or animals.

6) No loud music, inappropriate, or illegal activities.

7) No Tent stakes or Chairs with spikes

8) No glass bottles or glass containers of any kind
